Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated success in securing enterprise contracts and building long-term client relationships
- Proficient with CRM tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce for managing leads and client interactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Collaboration: Work alongside recruitment teams to align business development efforts with broader goals
- Secure Enterprise Contracts: Use your expertise to secure key contracts that support business growth
